We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kingsandqueensclothier.shop with the details of the product and the defect. Photos are welcomed.
If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or provide a store credit for the purchase amount. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

The order process consists of:

Order handling & Payment verification (48-72 hours)

Shipping timeframe usually takes about 7-14 business days to ship (depending on product ordered)

Expedited orders

There will be a $30 rush fee required for all rush orders.

Shipping
 

All shipments are processed via USPS ( United States Postal Service) unless requested differently in order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Saturday. All orders for in stock items received before 3pm EST; will be shipped same day.

Shipping timeframes are normally Priority mail: 2-3 business days. To expedite your shipping timeframes; additional fees will apply per your shipping address. Delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines only. Payment authorization, stock availability, or USPS delays may cause possible delays.

Kings & Queens offers free shipping for all orders over $150.

 

Important disclosure

Processing timeframes differ from shipment timeframes. Please factor these times when estimating when your shipment will be delivered.

All fulfilled orders will receive shipment confirmation email. Email details will include tracking details and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. To track your order - please visit USPS website - www.usps.com.

Once your order has been fulfilled and USPS is in possession of your package, Kings & Queens Designer Clothier is no longer responsible if your package is lost or arrives late. All concerns and matters would need to be addressed with your local post office or contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777).
